The Waitrose Way Awards

Very proud to be the recipient of a Highly Commended award from Waitrose.

Last year I led a project to achieve no-net-loss of biodiversity as a result of the development of Waitrose Chipping Sodbury.

The project involved a professional ecology consultancy and myself working with the local community to find opportunities to enhance biodiversity around the development of the store.

It was a great project, a collaborative effort between us, the developer, the Waitrose property team and the local community.

We achieved our objective, which was rewarding enough but to be recognised by Waitrose as a supplier that is helping them achieve their own environmental objectives is fantastic.
